T-Mobile Career Paths Website

While working at a Seattle area design agency I worked with a T-Mobile account rep in charge of the new career path detail and project intake, agency Product Management, Design Management, Brand, Advertising, and legal to produce the T-Mobile career pathways website. Career Paths was a new initiative created to help internal employees realize their career potential, steps involved in a particular career pathway, time involved, and potential earnings and benefits for roles that he or she would like to pursue. Previous to the T-Mobile Career Paths website there wasn’t an easy way for an internal or potential employee to gain insight into an individual career path. The site launched 4 internal career paths with the ability to scale to add external career paths for consumers interested in a career with T-Mobile.

The project duration was approximately 2 months from creative briefing to design handoff. Agency work is fast paced and fun. The variety of projects I was able to work on and ability to be part of major brands/ consumer – tech products and services is so rewarding!
